Shane Hunter spent years as a United States Marine. He learned what it means to show up prepared, to take responsibility for the people counting on you, and to do the job right every single time because there is no acceptable alternative when lives are on the line.

When Shane retired and came home to Texas in 2015, he brought all of that with him. He settled in Montgomery County, started a family with his two daughters, Violet and Ivory, and spent the next several years watching homeowners in his community get taken advantage of by HVAC contractors who oversold, underperformed, and disappeared when something went wrong.

In 2019, he decided to do something about it.
